What is AdBlue?
AdBlue is a clean, clear liquid used in modern diesel engines to reduce emissions.
It is not fuel — it goes into a separate tank and is automatically used while you drive.
AdBlue Policy:
🔵 We add 10 litres of AdBlue before every hire.
After this, it is the customer’s responsibility to top up if prompted during the trip.
⚠️ If an AdBlue low warning appears on the dashboard, refill as soon as possible — the vehicle may eventually refuse to restart if the tank becomes empty.
AdBlue is available at most fuel stations in 5L and 10L bottles.
The habitation door is the main entry point to the living area.
It is operated by the central locking system and can also be locked or unlocked manually —

📌 Key Points
⚡ Leisure Battery Charging
Connecting to mains electricity charges your motorhome’s leisure battery, ensuring that all onboard systems — such as lighting, water pump, fridge (on 12V), and control panels — remain powered even when the engine isn’t running. Keeping the leisure battery topped up helps maintain a comfortable environment in your vehicle and prevents unexpected power shortages during your stay at a campsite or overnight stop.
🌡️ Heating & Hot Water
When your motorhome is connected to mains power, the heating system and hot water boiler can run on electricity instead of LPG. This helps conserve your gas supply, keeping it available for when you’re off-grid. Using mains electricity for heating and hot water is efficient, safe, and ensures a comfortable environment in your vehicle without relying solely on the LPG system.
❄️ Fridge
When your motorhome is hooked up to mains electricity, the fridge can operate on 230V power instead of gas. This helps conserve your LPG supply for longer trips or when you’re off-grid. Running the fridge on mains ensures your food and drinks stay cold efficiently and quietly while parked at a campsite.
🔌 230V Sockets
Mains-powered 230V outlets provide reliable electricity for the toaster supplied with your motorhome, or for your own small appliances such as hair dryers or laptop chargers that you’ve brought along. This ensures convenience and comfort during your stay at a campsite, without drawing from the leisure battery.
🌍 UK/EU Adapters
All vehicles are supplied with adapters to connect safely to UK 13A domestic sockets and European 16A campsite outlets. This makes it easy to plug in whether you’re staying at a private home, a campsite, or a service point abroad.
Using the correct adapter ensures a safe, stable connection and prevents damage to your motorhome’s electrical system. Always check that the cable is fully uncoiled and dry before use.
🔒 Disconnection Safety
When disconnecting from an Electric Hook-Up (EHU), always make sure the power at the bollard is switched off before removing the cable from your motorhome. Never unplug while the supply is live, as this can cause sparks, damage the electrical system, or create a safety hazard. For best practice, switch off the bollard first, then carefully disconnect the cable from the motorhome inlet. This ensures a safe, reliable disconnection and helps protect both you and the vehicle’s electrical components.
⚠️ Caution
Always use approved hook-up cables when connecting your motorhome to mains power. Avoid using damaged or non-certified cables, and ensure that all connectors remain dry and off the ground. This prevents short circuits, electrical faults, and ensures the connection is safe for both you and the vehicle.
💡 Tip: Keep the cable fully uncoiled and avoid stepping on it to maintain safety and longevity.
🍞 The only mains-powered appliance supplied in the motorhome is the toaster — it will only work when the vehicle is connected to an external power source
🎬 Watch this video to see how to safely fill the fresh water tank using the supplied hose.
Your motorhome’s fresh water tank is an essential resource for washing hands, showering, and flushing the toilet. Maintaining a full tank ensures that you can stay clean and comfortable throughout your journey. We provide a blue hose and thread adapter so you can easily fill the tank from dedicated water points at campsites and service stations.
You can check the tank level at any time via the motorhome’s control panel.

Check around the area for any leaks or spills, and wipe up any excess water to prevent slips
📌 Key Points
🔑 Accessing the Fresh Water Inlet
To access the fresh water tank, insert your habitation door key into the water fill cap lock. Twist the cap to open — some caps have a tether to prevent them from getting lost. After filling, twist the cap back on, turn the key to lock it, and close the flap on top. This ensures the tank remains secure and free from contamination.
➿ Fresh Water Hose
We provide a blue hose and a thread adapter so you can easily connect to dedicated water points at campsites or service stations. Attach the hose securely to the tap or adapter, ensuring there are no kinks or leaks. This allows water to flow safely into your motorhome’s fresh water tank and helps maintain hygiene. After filling, disconnect the hose, drain any remaining water, and store it in the garage for next use.
💧 Full Tank Indicator
As you fill the tank, keep an eye on the water inlet. The tank is full when water starts to overflow from the fill point — this is normal and indicates it’s topped up. Avoid overfilling or forcing extra water in, as this could damage the tank or surrounding fittings. Take care to avoid spilling water on the ground, as this can create a slip hazard for you or others nearby. Always stop filling at this point and remove the hose carefully.
🚱 Untreated Water Warning
Only use dedicated water points at campsites or service stations to fill your fresh water tank. Untreated water can contain bacteria, parasites, or other contaminants that may damage the motorhome’s water system and create hygiene issues. Always ensure the water source is clean and safe, and never attempt to use rivers, lakes, or other unverified sources.
💡 Safety Tip: Clean the hose and inlet regularly to prevent contamination

📌 Key Points
✅ Ready to Use
The first toilet cassette is fully prepared before your hire, so you can use it immediately upon collecting the vehicle. It comes pre-filled with the necessary toilet fluid, meaning you don’t need to add anything for your first use. This ensures a hygienic, convenient start to your journey without any extra setup or fuss.
🧻 Toilet Paper Only
Always use standard, thin toilet paper in the cassette. Do not use thick paper, wet wipes, or other materials, as these can block the system, cause unpleasant odours, and make emptying more difficult. Using the correct paper helps the cassette function smoothly and keeps your motorhome experience clean and hassle-free.
🔴 Level Indicator
The toilet has a slide indicator on the side of the cassette that moves from green to red as the tank fills. When the indicator reaches fully red, it’s time to empty the cassette. Monitoring the indicator helps prevent overflows, avoid unpleasant odours, and ensures the toilet continues to work smoothly throughout your trip.
⚠️ Return Condition
Before returning your motorhome, the toilet cassette must be fully emptied and cleaned. This ensures the vehicle is hygienic and ready for the next guest. If the cassette is not returned empty and clean, a £100 charge 💷 will be applied. The motorhome’s gas system is a key part of your onboard facilities. It powers your hob, oven, and, in most vehicles, the hot water boiler and fridge, allowing you to cook meals, heat water, and keep food fresh during your trip. Understanding how to safely operate and monitor the gas system is essential for your comfort, safety, and a trouble-free journey.
All of our vehicles are equipped with LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) systems, and we ensure that you start your hire with at least half a tank of gas. For longer trips, you may need to top up LPG during your journey using available service stations.
💡 Safety first: The gas system should always be switched off while driving. Gas is stored in a secure, ventilated compartment and is designed for safe, everyday use — but following the correct procedures is important for your safety and the safety of others.
Key Points:
✅ Ready to Use
Every motorhome in our fleet is equipped with a fully functioning LPG system to power your hob, oven, and in most models, the hot water boiler and fridge. Before you collect your vehicle, we make sure the tank is at least half full, giving you enough gas to start your journey comfortably. This means you can cook, heat water, and use gas-powered appliances immediately without needing to refill straight away.
🛑 Isolation Valve
It’s important to know the location of the gas cupboard and the main isolation valve in your motorhome. The isolation valve allows you to safely turn off the gas supply when appliances are not in use or in an emergency. Familiarising yourself with the cupboard and valve before you start your trip ensures you can quickly access and control the gas system when needed, keeping your journey safe and hassle-free.
🎚️ Gas Levels
Your motorhome is equipped with a gas level indicator that lets you monitor how much LPG remains in the tank. Regularly checking the indicator helps you plan refills in advance, avoid running out of gas during your trip, and ensures that all your gas-powered appliances continue to work smoothly. Keeping an eye on the level is a simple way to stay safe and maintain comfort throughout your journey.
⛽ Refilling LPG
During longer trips, you may need to top up the LPG supply to keep your appliances running. LPG can be refilled at petrol stations that offer it, which are common across the UK and Europe. To make finding these stations easy, use the myLPG app available in your App Centre. The app provides real-time locations, opening hours, and availability, helping you plan your stops efficiently and avoid running out of gas during your journey.
🌍 LPG Adapters
If you plan to take your motorhome across Europe, some countries use different LPG fittings than the UK. To ensure you can refill safely and without issues, we can provide LPG adapters upon request. Please let us know before your hire if you require these adapters so we can prepare them in advance. This ensures your trip is smooth, safe, and uninterrupted while travelling abroad.
⚠️ Safety while Driving
For your safety and the safety of others on the road, always ensure that all gas appliances are completely turned off whenever the motorhome is in motion. This includes the hob, oven, hot water boiler, and fridge (if it runs on gas). Turning off the gas while driving prevents leaks, accidental ignition, and potential hazards, giving you peace of mind as you travel.
↩️ Return with Gas?
You do not need to refill the LPG before returning the motorhome — we take care of preparing the vehicle for the next guest. For longer trips, however, you may need to top up the LPG supply yourself to keep your appliances running smoothly. Regularly checking the gas level indicator will help you know when a refill is needed and ensures you can continue using the hob, oven, hot water, and fridge without interruption.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Your motorhome is equipped with two main electrical systems — 12V and 230V — that work together to power everything onboard.
The 12V system, powered by the leisure battery, runs most essential features when you’re not connected to mains power — including the lights, water pump, toilet flush, heating controls, and USB charging points.
The 230V system becomes active when you’re plugged into an electric hook-up (EHU). This allows you to use mains-powered appliances such as the toaster we supply or your own hairdryer or laptop charger, and it also recharges the leisure battery automatically.
Together, these systems ensure that your motorhome remains comfortable and functional — whether you’re off-grid or connected at a campsite.
🔋 12V System
Powered by the leisure battery
The battery recharges in three ways:
While driving
When plugged into mains hook-up
Via the roof-mounted solar panels
Runs most onboard essentials: lighting, water pump, USB sockets, fridge, and the control panel
If the leisure battery gets too low, some systems may stop working until recharged
⚡ 230V Mains System
Works only when connected to an electric hook-up (EHU) at a campsite or service point
Powers the 230V sockets, so you can use household appliances like chargers, laptops, or the supplied toaster
The toaster will only work when you’re plugged into mains power
🧯 Consumer Unit & Safety Switches
If the 230V sockets stop working, check the mains consumer unit (normally under or near the oven)

If the RCD won’t reset, disconnect from the electric hook-up and contact us via WhatsApp
💡 Safety Tip: Avoid using high-powered appliances like kettles, microwaves or hairdryers unless they are designed for camping use
Your motorhome’s heating and ventilation system is designed to keep the interior comfortable all year round — warm and cosy in winter, fresh and ventilated in summer. The system can operate on Gas, Electric (when connected to a mains hook-up), or a Hybrid combination of both. This flexibility allows you to stay comfortable whether you’re off-grid in the countryside or connected at a campsite.

Your motorhome has an onboard fresh water system that provides water to the taps, shower, and toilet flush, making it fully self-contained wherever you travel. The system is powered by a 12V water pump, which pressurises the pipes and allows water to flow when you turn on a tap or use the shower. You can easily switch the water pump on or off from the control panel — just remember to turn it off when it’s not needed.
💧 Taps & Shower
Motorhomes have a 100-litre fresh water tank, and campervans have 85 litres
Open any tap or shower mixer to start the flow — the pump will activate automatically
Close the tap to stop the flow
Always make sure the pump is switched off when travelling or when the tank is empty
🌡️ Hot Water
Controlled via the Control Panel (see Heating & Comfort section)
Allow 20–30 minutes for hot water to heat fully
Choose your preferred source: Gas, Electric, or Hybrid, depending on availability
🌊 Water Pressure
If the water flow is weak or inconsistent:
Check that there is water in the fresh tank
Make sure the pump switch is on
If the pump runs continuously, there may be air in the system — run the taps briefly to clear it
⚠️ Important
Never let the pump run dry — this can cause damage
Always ensure there’s water in the tank before switching on the pump
In freezing weather, drain the system if the motorhome is left unused to prevent frost damage
💡 Tip: Switch the pump off overnight or when leaving the vehicle to avoid unexpected water use and reduce noise
Your motorhome is equipped with a modern cassette toilet system designed for comfort and convenience wherever you travel. This self-contained system allows you to use the toilet just like at home, with a separate waste cassette located in an exterior compartment for easy emptying.
Open the toilet lid.
Open the blade using the lever on the front of the toilet.
Use the toilet as normal.
Flush by pressing the blue button — make sure the water pump is switched on at the control panel.
Close the blade using the lever.
Close the toilet lid.
The cassette is prepared for first use, so you do not need to add water or a tablet initially.
Only use thin, quick-dissolving toilet paper.
Do not use thick household toilet paper — it can block the system.
The level indicator on the side of the toilet shows when the cassette is nearly full. Empty it promptly to avoid overflow.
The cassette must be emptied and cleaned before the vehicle is returned.
A £100 charge 💷 applies if the cassette is not returned fully empty and clean.
Add 2 litres of fresh water and 1 chemical tablet before the next use.
Check the level indicator to monitor fill levels.
💡 Tip: Empty your cassette regularly at approved disposal points — don’t wait until it’s completely full.
Your motorhome kitchen is fully equipped for cooking on the road, with a hob, oven, fridge, and sink. Using the appliances safely and efficiently will help you enjoy your meals while keeping the vehicle in good condition.
The hob and oven are powered by the vehicle’s gas system.
Make sure the gas is turned on before use.
Always supervise cooking and never leave the appliances unattended.
Keep flammable items away from open flames.
After cooking, ensure the gas is turned off before driving or leaving the vehicle.
The fridge can run on multiple power sources: Auto, Electric Hook-Up, 12V Battery, or Gas.
To operate:
Hold the power button until the source starts flashing.
Select your desired source.
Press the button again to select the temperature: 1 = warmest, 5 = coldest.
Make sure the fridge is switched on and set before loading food.
Avoid opening the fridge unnecessarily to maintain a consistent temperature.
The sink uses the 12V water pump — ensure it is switched on at the control panel.
Use the pump sparingly to conserve water.
Dispose of waste water at approved disposal points only.
Kitchen knives and sharp utensils are supplied for your convenience — handle with care.
Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy to avoid accidents.
Do not place hot pots or pans on surfaces that could be damaged.
Make sure all appliances are turned off when the vehicle is unattended or before driving.
💡 Tip: Regularly check gas levels if you’re cooking frequently during longer trips.
Your motorhome features comfortable beds and adjustable seating designed for both relaxing during travel and sleeping at night. Knowing how to use and adjust them properly will make your trip safer and more comfortable.
Adjustable driver and passenger seats: use the levers to move forward/back, recline, and adjust headrests.
Some vehicles have captain’s seats that swivel to face the living area.
Always lock seats into position before driving.
Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers while the vehicle is moving.
Foldable or removable seating should be secured before driving to prevent movement.
Beds may be permanent, fold-out, or electric drop-down:
Electric drop-down beds must not be operated with anyone on them.
Drop-down beds are equipped with safety nets for added security when in use.
Ensure swinging TV brackets are flat and tables are stowed before operating drop-down beds.
To convert seating into a bed or dining space:
Remove any cushions or table surfaces as instructed.
Follow the pull-out or fold-down mechanism to create the bed.
Tables can sometimes be moved or adapted to create the dining space.
Ensure the bed is properly secured before sleeping.
Bedding setup instructions for all beds can be found in the Vehicle Resources Library.
Bedding and mattresses are provided for comfort — please keep them clean.
Do not sit or lie on beds while the vehicle is moving unless seatbelts are provided.
Keep passageways clear of bedding, luggage, or other items for safe movement.
Use blinds or curtains for privacy and to help regulate temperature.
Ensure all fold-out beds, tables, and TV brackets are returned to their stowed positions before driving.
Your motorhome comes equipped with a Smart TV to keep you entertained while on the road. You can access Netflix, YouTube, and other on-demand services directly from the TV.
Release the TV by pulling the lever behind it.
Swing the TV out on its bracket to face the desired viewing angle.
Connect the aerials as labelled:
AERIAL 1 – antenna for TV reception
AERIAL 2 – USB (for internal media only)
Place the aerial outside the vehicle where it can get a clear signal.
You may need to re-tune the TV if it was previously tuned to EU broadcast masts.
After use, remove the aerial and push the TV back into its bracket until it clicks.
Ensure the TV is completely flat and clicked in before operating any drop-down beds, as movement could damage the TV, bracket, or wall.
Handle the TV and aerials carefully to avoid damage during travel.

It cannot be enabled remotely after the vehicle handover.
The service is provided by Three Business, one of the best rural mobile networks.
Reception may vary depending on location; we do not accept liability for signal issues.
Connectivity may vary depending on location, mobile signal, and coverage.
The WiFi device is intended for general browsing and light streaming, not high-bandwidth commercial use.
Your motorhome is equipped with essential safety equipment to help you travel securely and respond to emergencies. Familiarising yourself with these items is important for a safe journey.

Use only in emergencies and follow the instructions provided on the equipment.
Never block access to fire safety equipment.

Keep emergency exits and doors clear of obstacles at all times.
Do not leave the vehicle unattended while appliances, heaters, or the hob/oven are on.
Store sharp objects, cleaning products, and chemicals safely out of reach of children.
